We invited Prof. Alfred Fettweis for his valuable lectures

On 17 September 2003 Prof. Fettweis gave a lecture entitled
"Robust numerical integration using wave-digital concept" as a keynote speech
at the 5th DSPS Educators Conference.
On 19 September 2003 he had another lecture entitled
"Nonlinear Kirchhoff circuits and the theory of special relativity".
This lecture was sponsored by EEE&CS Departments of Tokyo Tech, IEEE CAS
Japan Chapter, and IEEE Student Branch at Tokyo Tech.
