Maximally Flat FIR Digital Filter Design Service

to get fractional coefficients

You can design several classes of maximally flat FIR digital filters, which include linear-phase and nonlinear-phase filters of even and odd orders, generalized halfband filters, and fractional delay systems known as Lagrange interpolators. What you get are filter coefficients in rational numbers (like 75/256), so they are accurate and have a high affinity with binary numbers.

Prof. Nishihara serves as IEEE Region 10 Advisory Committee member 2023-2024.

Nishihara Lab was dissolved at the end of March 2016 because Prof. Nishihara had retired.
Prof. Nishihara is now a Professor Emeritus and from April 2016 to March 2022 he worked as a Specially Appointed Professor at Human Assets Promotion Program for Innovative Education and Research (HAPPIER), and since March 2020 he has been COO of Tokyo Tech Academy for Super Smart Society. His contact information is shown here.
