Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE Region 10 Humanitarian Technology Conference 2025 held at Chiba University of Commerce from 28 September to 1 October. The first R10 HTC was held in 2013 in Sendai, Japan, and this was the second HTC in Japan. Prof. Nishihara had a talk in a pre-event, attended many sessions, served as a time-keeper, and helped as a receptionist of the Banquet.
