IEEE Region Directors change every two years. There was a handover meeting from Prof. Lance Fung, Region 10 Director 2023-2024 with his team to Prof. Takako Hashimoto, Region 10 Director 2025-2026 with her team at Shimoda City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and Prof. Nishihara was invited as an adviser.
