On 28-29 March 2026, IEEE Region 10 Annual General Meeting was held at Kitakyushu International Conference Center in Kokura, Japan. Kokura is Prof. Nishihara’s birthplace. With less than two years remaining until the regional split, many important discussions have taken place.
