Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE TENCON 2019 held in Kochi, Kerala, India on 17-20 October 2019. As IEEE Region 10 Director he inaugurated TENCON together with Shri Arif Mohammad Khan, Honorable Governor of Kerala, Steve Welby, IEEE Executive Director, Suresh Nair, General Chair, and S.M. Sameer, IEEE Kerala Section Chair. He also gave a welcome speech.
