On 7 January 2023, IEEE Region 10 ExCom meeting was held in Bangkok, Thailand. It was an in-person meeting after the one in 2020 in Queenstown, New Zealand. Prof. Nishihara is a member of the N&A Committee. It was his first overseas trip in 33 months, and he could see many old friends on the Committee and in the city.
