IEEE Region 10 SYWL Congress was held in Bali, Indonesia, during 30 August – 2 September 2018 (SYWL stands for Students, Young Professionals, Women in Engineering, and Life Members). Prof. Nishihara first gave a talk on “Ethics in Publishing” in Student Track.
