Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE HISTory of ELectrotechnology CONference 2017 held in Kobe on 7,8 August 2017. He gave a speech in the Opening Ceremony, present a paper co-authored with Prof. Kenichi Iga on achievement of Prof. Issac Koga, and exhibit posters. Profs. Iga and Nishihara clarified that 2 cutting angles which lead zero temperature coefficient can be obtained from an equation Koga derived in 1932.
