Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE Japan Council Metro Area Workshop 2022 in Tokushima on 7 October 2022. It was a well-organized event with many exciting talks. We knew that Prof. Takako Hashimoto was a newly elected IEEE Region 10 Director-Elect on the next day.
