The IEEE Region 10 Students, Young Professionals, Women In Engineering, and Life Members (SYWL) Congress was held at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center, Tokyo, Japan from 29 August to 1 September 2024. It is a biennial event that fosters volunteer leadership and facilitates networking among the participants from different corners of the Asia and Pacific Region. The local Organizing Committee worked hard to welcome more than 300 participants. Prof. Nishihara was a panelist at a WIE session.
