IEEE Vision, Innovation, Challenges Summit, and Honors Ceremony 2025 was held in Tokyo, Japan, outside of North America for the first time in its history. Prof. Nishihara had the honor of sharing a table with Dr. Seizo Onoe, the first recipient of the newly established Jagadish Chandra Bose Medal in Wireless Communications, and Dr. Mani L. Bhaumik, who sponsored the Medal.
