On 1 September TAIST Graduation Ceremony was held at NSTDA, and Prof. Nishihara took part. In the afternoon there was TAIST Executive Board Meeting, where NSTDA, 4 Thai universities and Tokyo Tech discussed on the future of TAIST.

On 10 and 11 July 2014 ASPIRE Forum 2014 was held in Tsinghua University, and Prof. Nishihara, who receives 2014 ASPIRE Grant, had a short presentation.

Prof. Nishihara received Best Engineering Teacher Award on 22 January 2014.

We had a lab seminar trip on 8 and 9 September 2013 in Awa Kamogawa.
