IEEE Sections Congress 2023

Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE Sections Congress, 11-13 August 2023 in Ottawa. He learned something new and met many old and new friends. On this occasion, my PhD graduate Aimee visited me with her family. It was a nice reunion.
