On 2, 3 March 2019 IEEE Region 10 Meeting was held in Melbourne. Prof. Nishihara chaird the meeting as Region 10 Director and we discussed on our activities in this year.

As IEEE Region 10 Director, Prof. Nishihara serves on IEEE Board of Directors 2019.

Prof. Nishihara attended IEEE Region 4&6 OpCom meeting held in Tempe to learn how Regions in the U.S.A. are managed.

Prof. Nishihara started his term as IEEE Region 10 Director on 1 January 2019. On 12 January the first Region 10 Executive Committee meeting was held in Singapore to discuss on 2019 activities.
